:(

Everyone in Australia goes to school today, even my sister went to school today. The teacher rang us up early in the morning and asked my sister to go to school. They received the confirmation letter from the education department that she could go to school today.

Now, I am the only person that can't go to school. I have missed 3 days and I think I will miss Monday as well. I am afraid that I can't cope up. And I am also afraid that I don't have friends.:(

p/s: Pray harder for me, so I could get into a school as soon as possible and have lots of friends. :P

Babysitting

Sunday (25th Jan)
My sis and I went out with my cousin for lunch with his ex-coworker. We had a Vietnamese lunch. She was really kind. She actually paid for the lunch. She was born in MALAYSIA as well.

After lunch, we went and played Laser Attack. It's was really fun but expensive. We paid 21 Australian Dollars per person for only two rounds. Laser attack is similar to Paintball but it uses laser so it's not painful.

Around 6pm I have to get ready for babysitting. I will be babysitting a mixed baby. He is only 2 months old and he is half Caucasian and half Chinese. And his really cute. His eyes are really big. His mum and dad have to go for a dinner, so I did a part time job by babysitting the baby. I got 50 Australian Dollars. :P

I think all my friends back in Malaysia were having their reunion dinner with their family members at that time and I am stuck with that baby. :(

Do you want to see the pictures I took during the babysitting day??

Actually I was just kidding. I didn't babysit the baby. He is my father's cousin's son. But he really is half Caucasian and half Chinese. We had a reunion dinner in my aunt's house. I really enjoy carrying the baby. His name is Alexandra Wright (if I have not mistaken).

Had dinner at my aunt's house again. My cousin made sushi for us for dinner. It was really like the ones in the restaurant.

Our dinner for the day.

After that, we went to a field nearby to see fireworks. Those fireworks were really beautiful and it was actually sponsored by the government. Actually there were fireworks not because it was Chinese New Year but it's because it was Australian Day.

Tuesday (27th of Jan)

Woke up early in the morning. Ready to go to school for enrolment. :P My sis enrol in my cousins school for year 4. Lot's of confusion and I had not enrol in a school yet. :( And I kind of afraid that I don't have a school to go to. Normal students actually starts school tomorrow. :( I don't want to be left behind. I can't do anything now cause the people here work really slowly. They said they can only let me know whether I can go in the school tomorrow. :(

p/s: pray hard for me and my sis so that the enrolment thingy work out smoothly.

I have learnt to ride a bicycle. yeah!! :P You might be thinking "huh?? Now only know how to ride a bicycle meh?? I have learnt how to ride a bike a decade ago leh." But so what? I am happy anyway. :P

Saturday (24th Jan)

Had dinner at one of my aunt's friend's house. We had 'Yii Sang' at her house. This is the first time we had 'Yii Sang' in Australia. It's quite different from the one we had in Malaysia. It's really delicious.

'Yii Sang'

Questions:

Guess what is that orangy thing?
It's Sashimi.

Do you know why there's Sashimi?
Cause 'Yii' is fish in chinese and Sashimi is a fish.

My mum bought a car on Thursday (22th Jan). It's a Toyota and it costs 16000 Australian Dollars. It's kinda cool. :P

And I can actually drive at the age of 16 in Australia. So, I can learn to drive NOW.. & this is my car. :P

Life in Australia

Sunday (18/01/09)

Woke up kinda early, around 8am. Got ready for church. It was my first time going to a church in Australia. Basically the church here is almost the same as the church in Malaysia. We had praise and worship session the first thing arrived at the church. After that, we, youth and children went to a room and we were divided into groups to do painting. The painting will be put up in the church as Chinese New Year decoration. Church ended around 11.30am. We had lunch in a food court in one of the shopping mall located near the church. The church is located in.....(forgot the place-not in Eastwood). Eastwood is the place I am living right now. Then, we went to my aunt house. There, we walked my aunt's dog, Milo onthe street. It was windy but kinda hot. We played computer games together. Around 6pm, all of them came for dinner in my aunt's house. After eating, we took Milo for a walk and something unbelievable.. Guess what?? We saw a child pooing on the road. We played 'Cooking Mama' and watched Gossip Girls. After that, we sang happy birthday song to all of them who born in the month of January.

People who born in January:
Grandma: 4th of January
Mum: 13th of January
Cousin Belinda: 17th of January
Aunt Jowmee: 19th of January

End of the day.
Monday (19/01/09)

Almost spent the whole day sleeping.
Pass by my potential schools. One girl's school and two boy's schools.. :P just kidding two co-at schools. (forgot their names)

p/s: I can't find my pencil box and my shampoo that costs RM37. I just bought it a few days ago. I think I left it in Malaysia. T.T

AUSTRALIA

I am currently in Australia.. It's 5.53pm now in Australia. Just arrived a few hours ago. We and our luggage arrived in Sydney airport safely.

We had dinner at aunt Shirley's house and left for the airport around 7pm. Reached KLIA around 8pm. Guess what was the weight of all our luggages that we wanted to checked in?? It's 157kg. Actually we were only suppose to bring 125kg and guess what is the price the stupid, irritating guy wanted to charge us for overweight luggages?? He wanted to charge us RM 3000+. Can you believe this?? So we have to give up our AMC pots. We were all kinda pissed off..but what can we do?? Took some photos together. It was kinda sad to leave Malaysia. Most of us cried in the airport. We hugged each other and said goodbye. On the way in, another kinda irritating lady stopped us and said how can we bring so many hand luggage. We were forced to transfer all the stuff from my mum's handbag to one of the luggage. At last, she let us pass. The flight, food and overall were ok!!
To Eveyone,
Thanks for everything you all have done for us and thanks for sending us off.
Hhope we will continue to keep in contact and must always remember us. :)

Continue praying for us so that God will bless us with wealth, health and....

Photos are in dad's hand phone, lazy to upload..Will upload later, I promise...

My family and I had lots of farewell dinner with our relatives and close friends. And I have put on a lot of weight..T.T.. went for one today as well.. Erm.. Maybe can go down when I am in Australia cause don't have money to eat. The food there is like damn expensive after conversion. Not only the food, all the stuff there costs us a boom. Then maybe I will accomplished at least one of my New Year Resolutions. =.="

Actually I am typing this post at 00:37, 13th of January 2009, but there's something wrong with the time in my blog.. slow by 15 hours..It's kinda frustrating sometimes. And as I am a 'buta technology', I don't know how to change the time. Can someone teach me???

Actually, I stay awake until so late just because I wanna be the 1st to wish my mum Happy Birthday!! And I can't possibly wish her now as she is asleep..

Happy Birthday MUMMY,

You are the best,
I love you,

May all your wishes come true....

:) :( :P

I went and watched Bedtime Stories with my family on the 4th of January 2009 (Sunday). We watched a night (8.45pm) movie. Wasn't suppose to watched that movie because the next day was actually the first day of school in the year 2009 for all students that are studying in Malaysia. But I wasn't going to school the next day cause I will be studying in Australia this year. I am kinda excited, scared.....

You might be thinking, WAH, so good, don't have to go to school.
But do you know that school in Australia will be reopening on the 27th of January which is the 2nd day of Chinese New Year. Can't receive Ang Pau. :(
You might also be thinking, WAH, so good, can study in Australia.
But do you know what I'm thinking now, I'm afraid that I don't have any friends when I go there. :( And I KINDA miss my friends here.....

Have to go and 'study' now. :P cause I will be sitting for the Kumon level O exam on the 12th of January 2009. And it can be considered as a big exam. Wish me luck everyone... And remember to pray for me..

Pray for me so that I WILL:
1. Get flying colours in my Kumon's exam...(full marks)
2. Have LOTSSSS of really nice, kind and helpful friends in Australia....

I went to Klang Parade =.=" with my friends on the 31st of December. Sherene and I were early so we went to OLD TOWN to have breakfast. After breakfast, we went to checked out the price for a game of bowling and the rate for KTV per hour. Guess what?? Bowling cost RM2.80 per game (student price) and RM20 per hour for KTV.

After a while, Hui Yi and Yin Hui came and join us. We went for bowling and took some 'photos'..

The so call 'photo'

*blurry photo*

I went back around 5pm to get ready for the countdown at night. We went to my mum friend's house to have barbeque's dinner.
After dinner, around 10 pm, we went to Auntie Irene's house for countdown. We, 'children' played cards, killer..... while the adults spend their time chatting.
In a wink, we are already suppose to welcome 2009. After the countdown, we started greeting everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR....
We went back around 1pm.
Anyway,

HAPPY 2009 NEW YEAR, EVERYONE

OK, now I would like to list down my 2009 new year resolutions.
1. Go down by 5 kg and grow 10 cm taller
(This is ALMOST impossible)
2. Be popular in the good way and have lots of good friends that help you when you are in need.
3. Get extremely good results
4. Be happy and lead a healthy life

TOOO MANY la... It's impossible to list down all (although I know nothing is impossible). :P

Will not be recalling 2008 cause nothing really special happened. :P (actually I am lazy to blog)
